USC Hockey Facts
The Panthers have won Pennsylvania State Championships in 1980,1987 and 2011.
USC captured Penguin Cup Championships in 1980, 1986, 1987, 1990 and 2011
USC reached the Penguin Cup finals in 1981, 1985, 1989, 1996, 2019, and 2023

Note 1 - In 1977 - 1978 there was a dispute between Western PA and Eastern PA HS hockey so that the state championships were canceled. USC made it to the city finals by beating Richland in a 6 OT game. The finals were actually played over 2 games at the Civic Arena. The total goal count across the two games at the Civic Arena determined the city champion. The USC team would have made the state championship that year if they were conducted!
